- Venting & Combustion – Proper flue venting, combustion air intake, and exhaust systems in compliance with manufacturer specs and local codes
- Controls & Safety – Boiler controls, aquastats, pressuretrol devices, low-water cutoffs, and integration with building automation systems (BAS) for efficient operation
- Code & Compliance – Adherence to ASME boiler codes, local jurisdiction requirements, and inspection and permitting processes often involving third-party boiler inspectors
- Efficiency & Upgrades – Retrofitting older atmospheric boilers with high-efficiency condensing units to reduce energy costs and meet modern energy standards
